Two decades at the intersection of people and change.
I started my career believing that execution was everything — the right plan, the right tools, the right KPIs. Twenty years in digital banking and fintech taught me something more important: results follow people. And people follow leaders who show up with clarity, honesty, and genuine care.
Today I work across five interconnected chapters: leading digital transformation as AMD at Nimble by Krungsri, coaching leaders one-on-one, creating content that says what people in boardrooms won’t say out loud, building Som Tum Garden as an experiment in authentic entrepreneurship, and investing in real estate as a long game in financial discipline.
None of these are separate. They’re all expressions of the same conviction — that a life built with GRIT is more interesting, more useful, and more sustainable than one built on performance alone.

I say what I actually think. In a world of corporate polish, this feels almost radical — but it’s the only way I know to build real trust, with teams, clients, and myself.
I know who I am whether I’m in a boardroom in Bangkok or on a hill in Edinburgh. Being rooted isn’t about standing still — it’s about staying centered while everything moves.
What I commit to, I do. Not because someone is watching — because the gap between what you say and what you do is where trust quietly erodes.
